The Sacramento Virtual Tour Guide started out as a local virtual guide a few years ago. I put this project together originally to help advertise my other company; Sacramento Virtual Home Tours.
After showing the Virtual Guide to some of my clients, they had interest in using one for themselves to increase their online presence and circle of influence.
Many changes have been made since the first version of the guide; such as more communities, easy online setup, Branded Coupons, and the ability to customize the communities welcome pages to welcome your viewers in your own words. We have also added an optional blog as well, as requested by some of our agents who wished to add more content and display their listings.
This program is completely free for Real Estate agents, housing communities, or anyone wanting to use this program.
I get so upset when I see many Real Estate Professionals being taken advantage of by many web site companies out there who charge as much as $125 per month for a Real Estate web site. It is one of the only fields I see this happening in, and I would like to make that stop! I do not see how it is fair to charge people monthly maintenance fees for doing almost nothing. I have built many websites and charge only a 1 time fee. I charge low monthly fees only if my client requests that I also run the site for them. If you are looking into a website please contact me.
This project is made available by our advertisers, which include; local restaurants, entertainment facilities, salons and other businesses in this guide. We are very selective about which companies are allowed to advertise with us, and will only allow family friendly companies to be a part of it.
If you would like to refer a business us, we do pay an affiliate fee of $75 per signed business. Our advertiser’s pay $25 per month and each business added on the guide is also another coupon that you will be able to offer your visitors.
